Rosemary Keller, age 93, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Clark Crossings Assisted Living in Wells.
A visitation will be held at Patton Funeral Home on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 5-7pm.
Rosemary was born January 1, 1929 to Charles and Josephine (Klasen) Keller in Pendleton, Oregon. She was one of two children. Rosie attended St. Joseph’s Academy, a Catholic boarding school in Pendleton, Oregon. Most people don’t know that Rosie played the harp. Rosemary eventually moved to Winnebago, Minnesota to live with Emil Klasen, her uncle. She loved to garden and go out to eat.
Rosie lived with Bill Dielschneider on the farm until his passing in 1990. In 1992, Rosie moved back into Winnebago. Willard Espeland and Rosie were good friends until his passing in 2000.
In June of 2020, Rosie broke her wrist and moved to Clarks Crossing Assisted Living.
Left to cherish her memory is her special friend and caregiver, Cindy (Gary) Wells; special friends, Robin and David Mathews; and other close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; step mother, Lucille; sister, Frances; uncle, Emil Klasen; and friends, Bill and Willard.
