Judy was born September 30, 1942 to Lewis and Rose (Pudwill) Conklin in Fairmont. After graduating from high school, she married Jerome “Jerry” Wiltse. Together they raised their six children in Blue Earth. They later moved to an acreage just outside of town. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her strong faith guided her through life. Everything she did was with her whole heart. She was always kind to everyone and always put others needs before her own. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, reading, gardening, cooking and baking and made the best cream cheese mints. Lots of memories were made camping at Cross Lake or just getting in the van and going, but her family always came first, attending every event she could. She also worked at Green Giant, the Vienna Bakery, the Census Bureau and Walmart Pharmacy.
Left to cherish these wonderful memories are her children; Jody (Tim) Covalt of Rochester, Cory (Lisette) Wiltse of Algona, IA, Gregory Wiltse of Blue Earth, Colette (Joe) Breiter of Blue Earth, Chad (Shawn) Wiltse of Blue Earth and Molly (Bryan) Halvorson of Blue Earth. Her beloved grandchildren; Jason (Kathleen) Covalt, Ryan (Janessa) Gore, Ashley (Blake) Meyer, Morgan (Nick) Kuecker, Zachery (Mackenzie) Wiltse, Chelsea (Devin) McMurray, Samuel Goodrich, Allen (Kristin) Wiltse, Dylan Wiltse, Jared Wiltse, Sierra Halvorson and Mariah Halvorson. Her treasured great-grandchildren; Brecken Gore, Grayson, Graham and Crew Kuecker, Natalie and Harper Wiltse, Emma and Sharlotte McMurray. Her sister Ruth Westman of Prior Lake and her pups Josie & Jasper.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Chris and her favorite Pomeranian Gus.
