Grayling Ihle

Grayling Archie Ihle, age 72, passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 1, 2024.

Grayling was born September 28, 1951 to Archie and Shirley (Ristau) Ihle in Blue Earth.  Grayling graduated from Blue Earth High School in 1969. He worked at Minn- Iowa Golf Course as superintendent until his retirement.  He enjoyed golfing and playing cards with friends.

Grayling is survived by his mother, Shirley, River Falls, WI.,  sister Kimberly (Willis) Cooan, Star Prairie, WI., brothers Neil, Elmore and Chris, Windsor Heights, IA.,  nephews Joshua (Kristen) Cooan, Jeremy Cooan, Andrew (Teresa) Cooan and nieces Bridget (Jason) Yopp and Brionna Ihle. He is also survived by 5 great nephews and 1 great niece.   Grayling is preceded in death by his father Archie Ihle.

Per his request no funeral service will be held.

A Celebration of his life will be held June 29, 2024 4pm-7pm at Minn-Iowa Golf Course, Elmore, MN.
