Dean Lloyd

Dean Lloyd, age 89 of Elmore passed away Thursday December 15, 2022 at Heartland Senior Living in Truman. A private family service will be held.

Dean was born at home in Blue Earth County to Ralph and Ima (Buckmister) Lloyd. Dean married Nancy Eichhorn on December 11, 1955. They had four children, of which one is deceased. He had several brothers and sisters. Most of which are deceased. Dean has had extensive education in engineering. He retired from Verizon Telephone Communications and the next 15 years did engineering for long lines all across the United States. By nature, he was almost always calm and collected. He was a wonderful husband, father, and Christian.

He will be laid to rest in Riverview Cemetery in Elmore.

Dean wrote his own obituary.
