Dale E. Stallkamp, 72 of Fountain Hills, Arizona (formerly of Blue Earth, Minnesota) passed away March 6, 2018 after his battle with Lewy Body Dementia. Visitation will be on Friday, March 16, 2018 from 4-7 PM at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 2 PM at Hope United Methodist Church Blue Earth. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Blue Earth. Condolences can be made at www.pattonfh.com Dale was born in Blue Earth to Ernest and Dorothy (Fenske) Stallkamp and was raised in the Blue Earth and Frost area. He attended Mankato State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in accountancy. Dale also served in the Army Reserve. Dale married Kathey Seymore on March 16, 1968 and lived in Southern California for several years. They moved back to Minnesota in 1972, where Dale started his own CPA practice and managed for over 40 years until he retired. Dale’s love for golf and horses allowed him to interact with numerous people throughout his life. He enjoyed his travels to Texas for horse shows, and to Arizona for golfing. He was active in numerous boards and committees, including 4-H, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA), and National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA), in addition to local community activities. Dale was preceded in death by his parents and brother (Elwood). He is survived by his wife Kathey of Fountain Hills, AZ, son Travis (Angie) of Blue Earth, Tyson (Michelle) of Scottsdale, AZ, two grandchildren (Mary Ellen and Brady), sister-in-law (Gwen) of Albert Lea, MN, and multiple cousins.
