Frederick "Fritz" Bleess

Frederick "Fritz" Nicholas Bleess, age 76, of Delavan, Minnesota, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.Fritz was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. His unique sense of humor will be missed by all. He was a generous soul who gave selflessly to his family and who ever needed it. He enjoyed his flower garden, sending flowers, playing cards, and most of all golf.Fritz is survived by his children, Vince (Martha), Heather (Dan Drury) Hitchler, and Clay; grandchildren, Ryan (Monica) Bleess, Brady (Anastasia) Bleess, Jamie Hitchler, Preston Hitchler, Emma Drury, Caitlin Bleess, and Tyler Bleess; great-grandchild, Reese Webster; siblings, Leone (Dutch) Nienhaus, Elaine (Tom) Collison, Bernadine Paul, Donald (Audrey), Raymond (Bernie), Maurice (Mary), Kathryn (Bill) Esser, Lois (Chuck) Hund, Paul (Ginger), Irene (Dick) Embacher, Thomas (Vicki), John, Monica (Terry) David, Marie (Rob) Nyberg; in-laws, Lois Bushlack, Edie Zabel; and many other loving family and friends.Fritz is preceded in death by his loving wife of 47 years, Karen; brother, Edward; sister, Geraldine; in-laws, Cyril Paul, Jeanne Bleess, MaryAnn Bleess, Jim Bushlack, Norm Schulz, and Bruce and Karen Schulz.Memorials preferred to Relay for Life.
