July 27, 1951 — September 3, 2016

Brad Krosch age 65 passed away at Hutchinson Health, of a sudden heart attack, on September 3, 2016. Visitation will be Friday, September 9th from 4:00-7:00 at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth. Funeral services at 2:30 on Saturday, September 10th at Patton Funeral Home with visitation hour before the funeral. Casual dress is requested, hunting apparel completely acceptable.Brad was born in Blue Earth and grew up and graduated from Elmore High School. He was involved in wrestling.Was drafted into the into the Army and was stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington. Then he went to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. With the Army he spent time in Germany during the Vietnam war. He was honorably discharged in 1973.He then went to Mankato Vo-tech for Diesel mechanic and later worked at Bob''s Texaco before moving to Mankato to work at National Bushing. He then moved to Blue Earth and worked at Electro Craft in Winnebago and later Crown fixtures. He did construction work for a number of years before working for Darling.He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, and most of all spending time with family. Family and friends always enjoyed his humor and spontaneous practical jokes.He married Lisa (Louisa) Miller Hyatt in 1986. They lived in Blue Earth until the time of his death.He is survived by his wife Lisa. Daughters: Lauri (Todd) Kraayenhof of Madelia, and Traci (Randy) Schimek of Waseca, and grandchildren: Brady (Kristina), Bailey, Jayden, Ty Kraayenhof, Courtney, Miranda, Hannah, Isaiah, Zachary Schimek and Great-Granddaughter Brooklyn Kraayenhof. Brothers: Gwen (Bev), Glen, Bruce (Julie) Krosch. Sisters: LaVonne Swearingen, Joanne Fiser, Janet (Donny) Richter, Loree (Dean) Vereide, Kathi Krosch, Darla (Jeff) Schaefer.He was preceded in death by parents Marion and Sylvia Krosch, Brothers: Merle, Beryl, Marvin, Paul, Philip, and Bryce Krosch.
