Mrs. MARGARET HENRIETTA HAALAND, age 99, of Frost, died Friday, April 5, 2013, at St. Lukes Lutheran Care Center.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013, at 11:00 AM, at United Lutheran Church in Frost, with Rev. Arne Halbakken officiating. Burial will be in United Lutheran Cemetery, Frost. Visitation time will be from 5:00pm 7:00pm Friday, April 12, 2013 at Patton Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 400 E. 14th Street in Blue Earth and one hour before the service. On Dec 14, 1936 she married Olaf Jorgen Haaland. To this union they had three children, Virginia, Kathleen, and James.She was an active member of United Lutheran Church, and was actively involved for years in the Frost Area Community.She is survived by her daughter, Virginia (Larry) Bradford of Minneapolis, her daughter, Kathleen (Frank) Huszar of La Quinta, CA, her son, James (Judi) Haaland of Frost, MN, her sister, Alice Lunning of Alden, MN, 8 grandchildren, and 14 great-granddaughters.She was preceded in death by her husband Olaf, parents, 6 brothers, and 2 sisters.
