Wayne C. Eastvold, age 89, of Blue Earth, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at St. Lukes Lutheran Care Center.A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013, at 11:00 AM, at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth, with Rev. Karl Rydholm officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Winnebago following after the fellowship luncheon. Visitation time will be from 4:00-6:00 PM Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Patton Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 400 E. 14th Street in Blue Earth, and 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Keyser on February 8th, 1948 in Winnebago. He worked for Spencer-Armstrong Funeral Home and started working for the Faribault County Highway Department where he remained for 39 years until his retirement. Together they enjoyed spending time with family, dancing and traveling in their motor-home, and after retirement they spent many winters in the warmer southern states. They were members of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Winnebago. Wayne and Edith lived most of their lives in Winnebago, and moved to Blue Earth in 2002.He is survived by his sister Carrie Eastvold of Buffalo Center, IA, his brother Carlton (Thelma) Eastvold of Winnebago, his daughter Paulette (Thomas) Wilhelmi of Minnesota Lake and granddaughter Shellee (John) Hague & great grandchildren Jace and Jaden Hague, granddaughter Melissa (Jim) Ludwig, great granddaughter, Elaina Ludwig, granddaughter Nancy (Marc) Fasching, great grandchildren Thomas and Ellie Fasching, grandson, Jeff (Nancy) Wilhelmi, great grandchildren Henry, Kate, George & Sam Wilhelmi, his daughter Maryetta (Thomas) Hendricks of Minnetonka, granddaughter, Monika (Andy) Davis, great granddaughter, Vivienne Davis, granddaughter, Amanda (Gary) Crawford, great grandchildren Zakaree, Talon and Ella Crawford, step great granddaughter, Kayla Weaver, his son Mark Eastvold of Winnebago, granddaughter, Jamie Deatley, great grandchildren, Kyle & Miranda Deatley, granddaughters Logan and Paige Eastvold, his daughter Anne (Kevin) Skaare of Blue Earth, grandchildren Shelby, Alex and Olivia Skaare and his brother in law, Dale (Wilma) Keyser of Aurora, CO.He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Maryette, his wife Edith, sisters Ida (Ed) Larson and June (Orville) Olson, brothers Mitchell and Kenneth, son in law Gary (Paulette) Vance, grandson Michael Vance, great granddaughter Lillian Ludwig.
