Denise Mae Heenan

Denise Mae Heenan, age 49, of Blue Earth, passed away Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013, at United Hospital in Blue Earth. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, 5-7pm, at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth. Services will be held Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, 11am, also at Patton Funeral Home.Denise was born Feb. 11, 1964, to Dennis and Janice (LaMont) Heenan in St. Paul, MN. She grew up in MN, and attended Blue Earth School.Denise lived in Arnold''s Park, Iowa, and later Pipestone, MN. She spent many years bartending and doing factory work. She later lived in New Mexico, where her father enjoyed visiting her when he could. She most recently moved back to Blue Earth to be near her grandchildren.Denise is survived by her daughter, Kandice Heenan, and her children Amelia and Dennis Guerrin of Blue Earth; mother, Janice Heenan, of Blue Earth; brother Michael Heenan, his wife Deb, and their children Josh and Emily of Elmore; brother Mark Heenan, his wife Kristen, and their children Michael, Aaron, and Matthew, of Blue Earth; brother Todd Heenan, his wife Bridgette, and their children Chantae, Brittany, and Tyler of Blue Earth; and five great nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Heenan, and her maternal and paternal grandparents.Denise enjoyed fishing, attending concerts, cooking, and traveling. She loved animals, spending time with friends and family, and especially spoiling her grandkids. She will be remembered for her love of life and her exuberant laughter.
