Audrey Mae Myers

AUDREY MAE MYERS, age 79, of Blue Earth, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at St. Luke"s Lutheran Care Center. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 19, 2012, at 2:30 PM, at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth, with Rev. Wes Hafner officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Blue Earth. Visitation time will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Web tributes may be left at www.pattonfh.comAudrey was born May 24, 1932, in Blue Earth, the daughter of Michael and Hattie (Gottberg) Schobert.She was raised and educated in Blue Earth where she graduated from Blue Earth High School.She was married to George W. "Bill" Myers on January 21, 1952. Audrey was a homemaker and had worked at Telex, J.C. Penney''s and St. Luke''s Care Center. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Blue Earth American Legion Auxiliary, and enjoyed gardening, baking and visiting her neighbors on S. Circle Drive.Audrey is survived by her sons: Chuck (Brenda) Myers of Middleton, Wisconsin, Greg (Debbie) Myers of Apple Valley, Mark (Lori) Myers of Kalispell, Montana, her brother, Albert Schobert of Blue Earth, her brother, Harry (Donna) Schobert of Albert Lea, her sister, Geraldine (Eugene) Gansmoe of Blue Earth, twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband in 2010, five sisters and a grandson-Jason Myers.Audrey was a dear lady and will be deeply missed. We are happy that she and Bill are together again
