Arthur Hugo Willner, age 90, of Blue Earth died Wednesday, April 27, 2011 in Blue Earth. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Blue Earth, with Rev. Wesley Hafner officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Blue Earth. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until service time at the church on Saturday. Patton Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting the family with the arrangements. He was born at home in Amboy and raised at the family farm in Blue Earth. Art left this earth on April 27, 2011. Art married Dorothy Rippentrop on September 15, 1957. They were blessed with one son, Paul. Art farmed, with his brother John, until 1985 at which time he retired and spent his days caring for his wife, doing some fishing, doing some gardening and enjoying time with his grandchildren. Art and Dorothy lived on the farm until January 2000 when they moved into Blue Earth. In October 2008 Art moved to Nicollet Place. Left to mourn is his son, Paul (Jackie) Willner, three grandchildren: Jaymee (Nate) Nelson, Andrew Willner & Matthew Willner and two great grandchildren, Nicholas and Grace Nelson. Art is also survived by two sisters, Gertrude (Harlan) Hemingway & Patricia Stoltz and many nieces and nephews.Art was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Dorothy, six brothers: Bernhardt, Herbert, Ed, Henry, John & Albert and four sisters: Esther, Helen, Ida and Anna.
