Michael Schonborn

He was born October 11, 1945, in Albert Lea, the son of Ernest and Esther (Sabin) Schonborn. He was raised and educated in the rural Frost & Bricelyn areas where he graduated from Frost High School in 1964. He was married to Nancy Skaden on December 5, 1970 in Blue Earth. Mike lived his entire life on his family farm, where he farmed for several years. In the mid 1980s he began Mikes Lawn Care and also drove trucks for P & R Trucking of Frost. He was a lifetime member of Dell Lutheran Church and was active with the Kings Aid Mission, driving truckloads of good, usable clothing to Texas and other areas where there was a need. Michael is survived by his wife, Nancy Schonborn of Bricelyn, his son, Brad (Anna) Schonborn of Minneapolis, his daughter, Jenny (Josh) Bergstrom of Welch, his son, Brian (Amy) Schonborn of Frost, his daughter, Jessica Schonborn (and her significant other Jake Robertson) of Winnebago, his sister, Sharon (Glen) Perrine of Blue Earth, his father in law, Wes Skaden of Blue Earth and 5 grandchildren: Katlyn, Luke, Addison, Alexander & Ella. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant daughter- Angela and his mother-in-law, Mavis Skaden.
