Roger W. Halverson

Roger W. Halverson, 61, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2009 in Tucson, AZ after a three month battle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his wife, Linda (Amundson) of 37 years, brothers, Bill (Mary) Halverson, of Frost, MN, Buck (Laurie) Halverson, of Blue Earth, MN and Randy Halverson, of Frost, MN and several nieces and nephews all of whom he was very proud. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adrian L. and Velma Halverson. Roger graduated from Frost High School. He attended Mankato State College and graduated from the University of Minnesota-Waseca with horticulture and landscaping degrees. He was a skilled landscaper and gardener for the City of Phoenix until his retirement. He leaves behind many dear friends, co-workers, and extended family members whom he loved
