Mary was born July 03, 1933 in Mankato, MN. She was the daughter of Harold and Agnes (Megaw) Olson. Mary was raised on the family farm just south of Amboy. Mary graduated from Winnebago High School in 1951, and soon after attended St. Josephs Nursing School in Mankato where she became an LPN. She worked as an LPN at the Blue Earth Hospital for a short time before her marriage to Jack Anderson on February 12, 1955 at the Presbyterian Church in Winnebago. Mary was a homemaker, raising three children, and enjoyed attending the childrens activities. She enjoyed watching the Minnesota Viking games. Mary was active in the United Methodist Church and was a member of the Pricilla Circle. Mary especially enjoyed drinking coffee and playing cards with friends and family. The door was always open. Mary Anderson is survived by her husband, Jack Anderson of Elmore, her sons, Mike of Rochester, Tim (Lois) of Minnesota Lake and daughter Kathy (Bob) Boudreau of Northfield. Mary is also survived by her 6 grandchildren Seth and Sara Anderson, Alex and Josh Dahl, and Dan and Michael Boudreau. Mary was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Agnes Olson.
