Millie was born November 20, 1923, at a farm in Barber Township outside of Easton, MN, the daughter of Henry and Katie (Sipple) Paul. She attended Mt. Carmel grade school, graduated from WellsPublic School and the Wells Teachers Training program. She taught country school for two years before her marriage to Donald J. Moore on September 1, 1943. The couple lived on the Moore homeplace for 48 years until Dons death in 1991. The homeplace is now owned by Millies grandson, Jeffrey Moore. Millie was a longtime member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church where she was a religion teacher, member and officer of WCCW andwas a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. Shebelonged to Homemakers Project Groups for many years and was alsoa 4H leader. She is survived by five sons and two daughters: Bob (Carol) Moore of Blue Earth, Mary (Lawrence) Demeules of Maple Grove, Paul (Vicki) Moore of Glen Allen, Virginia, Fr. Jon Moore of St. Josephs Hermitage, Austin, Mark (Judy) Moore of Blue Earth, Monica (Dan) Danks of Fairmont, Brian (Alexis) Moore of Jackson, Wyoming, eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a sister, Helen McCormick of St. Paul. Mille was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Don in 1991, infant son, Bill, sister, Loretta Morrison, brothers Lt. Col. Fr. Harold Paul and Roland Paul. Mass of Christian Burial was officiated by Father Mark McNea and Father Jon Moore and Bishop John Quinn presiding. Memorial donations will be directed to the Calvary Cemetery fund.
