Eva Walski

Eva was born September 11, 1915, at Waupun, WI, the daughter of Gustin and Esther Buskirk. Eva was educated in the Winona area and graduated from Winona High School in the early 1930s. She married Lorin Walski on May 30, 1942. Eva worked as a Secretary at the Winona County Courthouse for 30 years before moving to Blue Earth in 1986. In 2005 Eva moved to St. Lukes Care Center. Eva was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Blue Earth and the senior Center. She enjoyed gardening, crafts and spending time with family.Eva is survived by two children; JoAnne Schollmeier (Kevin Beekman) of St. Paul and John (Martha) Walski of St. Paul. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; Paul Walski, Sara Gillet, Laura Walski, Betsy Schollmeier, and John Schollmeier and 1 Great Grandchild Elias Gillet.Eva was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Donald Buskirk, sister Ester Edel, and 1 son-in-law Paul Schollmeier.
