Arlene was born March 4, 1929, at rural Easton, MN, the daughter of Louis and Rose (Nienhaus) Killion. She was raised and educated in Bricelyn where she was a 1947 graduate of Bricelyn High School. She attended Mankato Commercial College and began working as a bookkeeper at the Martin Co. National Bank in Fairmont. She worked at the bank for 33 years before retiring in 1994. Arlene enjoyed tending her flower gardens and traveling across the country on bus tours. She was strong in her faith and enjoyed time spent with family and friends. She is survived by her brother, Leo Killion of Blue Earth, her brother, Lawrence (& Alice) Killion of Mankato, her sister, Sister Eleanor Killion of Hawaii, her nephews, Patrick Killion of Roscoe, Illinois & Kevin Killion of North Mankato and her nieces, Lori Ross of St. Louis Park & Michelle Killion of Mankato. Arlene was preceded in death by her parents.
