Dale A. Snyder

Dale was born January 11, 1933, in Elmore, MN, the son Lyle and Lillian (Swanson) Snyder.He graduated from Elmore High School in 1952. He farmed with his father and helped other farmers, especially th Naumann''s, until 1969. He worked at Telex Inc. in Blue Earth until 1992. He was married to Ruth Schlomer in 1996. He put his retirement years into gardening and taking trips. He was extremely proud of Elmore, the saddle club, his horse and Elmore''s Horse & Buggy Days. From the time he was 16 he broke horses for his father. He also enjoyed fishing.Dale is survived by his wife, Ruth Snyder of Elmore, his step-sons: LeRoy Schlomer of Rapid City, SD, Rev. Lloyd Schlomer of Moorhead, Neal Schlomer of Ada, Dean Schlomer of Boise, Idaho, 7 step-grandchilden, his half-bother, James Larson of Blue Earth and several cousins.He was preceded in death by his parents, a twin brother and a half-brother.
