She was born in Ortonville, MN, the daughter of Fred C. and Emma (Schellberg) Isler.Joyce was raised and educated in Ortonville where she was a 1941 graduate of Ortonville High School. She later attended business college. She was a longtime member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Ortonville. She was also a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Rockford, Iowa for a short time before coming to Blue Earth in 1950. Joyce worked for J.C. Penney Co. in Blue Earth for a short time before joining the Schwen Ice cream and Candy co. from 1950 until 1953, soon after moving to Blue Earth. She also worked for O.W.Oothoudt as a tax preparer and from 1965 until her retirement in 1990 she worked in the guidance counselors'' office at B.E. High School. Joyce also kept the books for the Blue Earth Flyways before it became the city airport. She was a longtime member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Blue Earth. Joyce was married to Gerald Wilson in August 1946 and later to Hubert T. Tuttle on April 2, 1977 in Blue Earth. Hubert preceded her in death in 1995. Joyce is survived by her son, Allen (& wife Jean) Wilson of Sartell, Hubert''s step-daughter, Janie Cartwright of LaVerina, Texas, her brother, James Isler of Blaine, her sister, Marguerite Fenner of West St. Paul, her sister, Mary Ellen Kepke of St. Paul, her sister, Jane Gibbs of Sherwood, Ohio her sister-in-law, Marie Isler of Anoka, several nieces & nephews, one grandchild and three step-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Richard in 1985, an infant son, an infant daughter and 4 brothers
