Myrtle T. Adams

Myrtlewas born August 1, 1915, at Dell, Minnesota, the daughter of Stienar and Sophia Mikkelson .Shewas a graduate of Blue Earth High School in 1933. On November. 11, 1934 she married Carl J. Adams at Dell. They worked together most of their married life. Carl and Myrtle were the owners/operators of a Ben Franklin Store in Rochester for 20 years until retiring in 1976 and moving to Elmore. She was very involved in activities at St. Lukes and enjoyed doing puzzles.Myrtle T. Adams is survived by her sons, Alan (Merlin) Adams, Jon (Mary Alice) Adams both of Bella Vista, AR., Robert (Renee) Adams of Marshall, WI., 11Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren, her Sisters-in-law, Fern Adams of Blue Earth, Ginger Adams of Tyler, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, son,Terry, both in 2000, brothers, Selmer, Melvin, & Oscar Mikkelson, sisters, Sarah Anderson, Josephine Kramer, & Clara Jenson, and one granddaughter.
