Cord W. Laue

Cord was born January 18, 1920, at Tenhassen Township, Martin County, MN, the son of Henry & Bertha (Schultze) Laue.He was raised and eduacated in rural Martin County, attending school in Wilbert, MN. He was married to Vivian B. Coulter on April 18, 1954 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Blue Earth. The couple farmed southwest of Blue Earth for several years before Cord began with Schwen''s Ice Cream where he ran a dairy route. When Schwen''s closed, Cord continued with Dairy Fresh, delivering milk on a residential and wholesale basis for many years. He retired in late 1989. He is survived by his wife, Vivian Laue of Blue Earth, his daughter, Sharon Paul of Blue Earth, his daughter, Kathy (Alan) Johnson of Delavan, his brother, Martin Laue of Fairmont and his 4 grandchildren: Eric Paul, Andrea, Krista & Alicia Johnson.He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister- Annette Bremer.
