She was born April 26, 1931, in Frost, MN, the daughter of Ramon and Elutaria (Noriega) Cervantes.Teddy was raised and educated in the Blue Earth area where she was a 1949 graduate of Blue Earth High School. She was married to John F. Wentz on June 10, 1949 in Blue Earth. John worked for the U.S. Postal Service and Teddy was a homemaker, raising 3 children. She had sold Mary Kay products, was a Cub Scout leader and was active inAl-Anon. She was a lifetime member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Blue Earth and enjoyed camping, collecting teddy bears and bells of all types. She also enjoyed her flowers, gardening and especially sharing time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Susan (& John) Parks of Park Rapids, her son, John Paul (& Amy) Wentz of Mankato, her son, Carl (Deb) Wentz of Blue Earth, her sister, Angie Jeanson of Eagan, Mn. her sister, Connie Berde of St. Paul, her step-brother, Michael Cervantes and 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband-John and a young brother, Rojelio N. Cervantes.
