She was born February 1, 1924, in Algona, Iowa, the daughter of Oliver and Alice (Siep) Elmore.Charlotte attended country schools in Blue Earth. Following her education she did housekeeping and worked the Winnebago Canning Company before her marriage to Gerald T. Robb on March 3, 1950 in Mankato. She was a farm wife and homemaker for several years. Following her husband''s death in 1965, she had worked in the Vienna Bakery and was a housekeeper for several local families. She was a longtime member of the Assembly of God Church where she was active in Sunday School, Women''s Ministry and had served as the Secretery/Treasurer of the Sunday School and Children''s Ministries Department. She was also a former member of the Rebekah Lodge. She had been a resident of St. Luke''s Lutheran Care Center since 2001 where she was active in the Resident Council and was crowned Queen at the St. Luke''s annual family night in 2002. Left to honor & cherish her memory are her daughter, Doris Thate of Fairmont, her son, Randy (& Fiancee Peggy) Robb of Westbrook, her daughter, Charlene (Tim) Nicholson of Blue Earth, her brother, LaVerne (& Darlene) Elmore of Fairmont, her brother, Maurice (& Marge) Elmore of Blue Earth, her sister, Lorraine Chaffee of Delavan, her sister, Beverly Alfson of Winnebago, her sister, Elaine Elmore of Blue Earth, her sister, Joyce (Leon) Farrow of Ledyard, Iowa, her sister, Janice DeBoer (& friend Harold) of Blue Earth, her8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and 2 sisters-in-law, Shirley and Eldora Elmore.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband in 1965, and 2 brothers, Donald & Mervin Elmore.
