Robert Prechel

Robert was born January 8, 1935, at Springfield, Minnesota, the son of William F. & Edna A.(Stark)Prechel.He was a graduate of Springfield High School. Robert farmed at Springfield until moving to Vining,Mn. On June 25, 1988 he married Patricia Boettcher in St. John''s Lutheran Church at rural Elmore. They farmed and did custom farming at Vining until retiring in 2002 and moving to Elmore.He was a member of Immanuel Luther Church at Parkers Prarie and past President of the Wadena singles club. Robert''s hobbies included John Deere tractors and spending time with young people.Robert is survived by his Wife: Patricia Prechel, Elmore, Step Daughter: Debra & husband, Jon Armstrong, Step Grandchildren: Raini, Devon, & Galen , Brothers: Melvin, Henry, Norman, Alfred, Dennis, & Eugene, Sisters: Lorraine, Betty, & Sandra.He was preceded in death by his Parents and One Brother(Alvin).
