Marvel I. Wells

Marvel was born November 20, 1928, in Blue Earth, Mn. the daughter of Elmer and Lorena (Courrier) Weber.She was raised and educated in Blue Earth where she attended country schools and graduated from Blue Earth High School in 1946. She married Keith D. Wells on February 18, 1947 in . She was a homemaker and a photo technician for the Faribault Co. Register for 17 years. She was a lifetime member of Immanuel United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher and was very active in the United Methodist Women''s organization. The church was always a big part of her life where she held several offices. Marvel liked concerts, plays, reading, traveling and dancing. She had a great love for her family, especially her grandchildren. Marvel is survived by her husband, Keith Wells of Stratford, Iowa, son, Jeffery Wells of Boone, Iowa, daughter, Kimberlee Gaffney of St. Paul, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, brother, Richard (& Ione) Weber of Cook, MN, brother, Ronald (& Bonnie) Weber of Theodore, Alabama and a sister, Wanda (& Bill) Alleven of Mankato.She was preceded in death by her parents, and a granddaughter- Elizabeth Wells
