Irene W. Enterline

Irene was born September 21, 1925, at Rolland, Iowa, the daughter of Lewis A. and Ella E. (Ihle) Wallen.She was raised and educated in the Bricelyn & Elmore areas where she attended Elmore Country Schools. She worked at the Elmore dime store and the Flogstad Bakery for a few years before her marriage to Rolland Blondin on December 6, 1947 in Good Thunder. She was a homemaker and lived in Elmore until moving to Kiester in 1965. In 1972 she moved to Blue Earth where she was later married to Romain Enterline on October 11, 1973 in Blue Earth. Irene had been lifelong member of Shiloh Lutheran Church in Elmore and had been a houskeeper for several families in Blue Earth through the years. Irene was a great cook, loved baking & embroidery and was a good neighbor. She is survived by her daughter, son, Ronald Blondin of Owatonna, daughter, Pat (John) Halverson of Lester Prairie, daughter, Diane (Larry) Olsen of Owatonna, sister, Anola Hove of Blue Earth, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands and a brother- Lester Wallen.
