Christal Bredberg

Christal was born June 16, 1921, at Britt, Iowa, the daughter of Harold and Olga (Sonerholm) Hesley.She was raised and educated in Britt, Iowa where she graduated from Britt High School in 1939. Christal married Lawrence E. Bredberg on July 18, 1972 in Blue Earth, MN. She was a homemaker and a member of Salem United Methodist Church,the Rebekah Lodge and Farm Bureau. She is survived by her Step-Son: Roger (Kathleen) Bredberg, Chester, New York, two grandchildren, Lisa (& Thomas) Currao of Chester, New York, Kevin (& Kerri) Bredberg of New Paltz, New York and five great grandsons: Bryan Currao, Brendan Currao, Kyle Bredberg, Kaden Bredberg and Kieran Currao.She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband Lawrence in 1996.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Autism Research Institute c/o Bernard Rimland,4182 Adams Avenue, San Diego, California 92116 or the Autism Moveathon of Orange County, c/o Mental Health Association of Orange County, 20 Walker St., Goshen, New York 10924, or to a charity of the donor''s choice. These to benefit her great grandson, Brendan and other children of families suffering from autism.
