Betty J. Bussinger

Betty was born March 2, 1920, at Blue Earth, MN, the daughter of Frederick and Amanda (Thompson) Mielke. Betty was raised, educated and was a lifetime Blue Earth resident. She was married to Lester T. Bussinger on August 2, 1941 in Alexandria, Minnesota. Betty did seasonal work with Green Giant Company as lead lady for several years before working full time at Juba''s Bakery Department until her retirement in the late 1970''s. She was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Blue Earth, where she was active in the Martha Circle. She was also a longtime member of the VFW Auxiliary in Blue Earth. She will be dearly missed by family and many friends. Betty is survived by her daughter, Sharon Ogilvie of Blue Earth, son, Gary (Donna) Bussinger of Blue Earth, son, Mike (Judy) Bussinger of Blue Earth, 5 Grandchildren, and 6 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents, husband, Lester "Bussy" Bussinger, sister, Crystal Dobson, and son-in-law, Robert "Bill" Ogilvie, Jr.
