Harold E. Moehring

He was born December 29, 1941, at Easton Mn., the son of George & Mabel(Schewe)Moehring.They moved to Blue Earth in 1952 where George was a policeman. Harold was a graduate of Blue Earth High School in 1960. After high school, he served in the U.S. Air Force with the Military Police. He worked a few months at the Stillwater State Prison. Harold attended Mankato State University for one year before returning to Blue Earth, working at Telex for 34 years. In 1967 he married Mary Tait at Nashua, IA. They made their home southwest of Blue Earth. Harold enjoyed auctions, gardening, attending gun shows, and refinishing furniture. He was a member of American Legion Post #89 in Blue Earth and the National Rifle Assn.He is survived by his Wife: Mary Moehring, Blue Earth, Daughter: Katie Holland, Taylors Falls, Grandson: Andy Holland, East Bethel, Brother: George & wife(Sally) Moehring, Hutchinson, Sister: Anna Mae & husband (Alan) Erichsrud, Blue Earth, and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law,Ted Ristau.
