Chuck was born June 26, 1927, at Blue Earth Mn., the son of Leonard and Adelaide (Boettcher) Krinkie.He was raised and educated in Blue Earth where he was a 1945 graduate of Blue Earth High School. Following school he farmed on his family farm and was later married to Frances Huisman on August 29, 1959 in Frost. The couple farmed and Chuck began working for the Blue Earth Post Office in the late 1960''s. He was a local mail carrier and then a rural mail carrier for many years. In the late 1980''s he quit farming and later became a school bus driver in addition to his postal duties. Chuck retired in 2003. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and sports, especially basketball, baseball and wrestling. He followed the Minnesota Twins and his grandson''s wrestling career. Chuck was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.He is survived by his wife, Frances Krinkie of Blue Earth, son, Mark Krinkie of Blue Earth, daughter, Kim Anderson of Albert Lea, brother, David Krinkie of Ft. Laramie, Ohio, sister, Carole Ziegler of Galion, Ohio, sister, Jean Lewis of Edina, grandchildren, Travis Krinkie, Lacey Krinkie, and Cierra Anderson.He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister- Evon Mork.
