Winnie M. Nichols

Winnie was born May 30, 1906, at Clara City, Mn. the daughter of Ike & Lena (Hemmen) Kray. They later moved to Webster City, Iowa, where they lived for 10 years, then moved to a farm north of Blue Earth.She graduated from Blue Earth High School and was later married to Paul A. Nichols of Winnebago, Mn. on June 25, 1932. They lived and farmed on the same homestead place between Blue Earth and Winnebago for over 50 years. They moved to Blue Earth in 1983, where Paul died in 1985.Winnie is survived by her son Harold Nichols of Winnebago, and son George (& wife Wanda) Nichols of Blue Earth, nine grandchildren many great grand children, several great great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.She was preceeded in death by her husband, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, a brother-in-law and a sister- in-law.
