Alice Mae Ehrich

She was born April 19, 1922, at Blue Earth Mn., the daughter of Fred and Xenia (Thews) Quaday.She was raised and educated in Blue Earth under the care of the Neuhalfen & Quaday families, where she was a 1939 graduate of Blue Earth High School. She was married to Glendon G. Ehrich on September 26, 1943 at St. John''s Lutheran Church in Elmore. Alice was a homemaker and was an active lifetime member of St. John''s Lutheran Church and ladies aide. She was a volunteer with Interfaith Caregivers, at St. Luke''s Lutheran Care Center and in Blue Earth Area kindergarden classrooms. Alice enjoyed crocheting and crafts. She always loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and almost never missed their school activities.She is survived by her daughters: Susan (Arnie) Ristau of Elmore, Cindy (Earl) Iverson of Kiester, Melody (Bill) Hammel of Eyota, 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.Alice was preceded in death by her parents and husband in 1993.
