Linda Vosburgh HaaseLinda Marie Haase, age 58, of Blue Earth, died Friday, January 2, 2004, at United Hospital, Blue Earth. Memorial services will be held on Monday, January 5, 2004, at 11:00 AM, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, rural Blue Earth, with Rev. John Otte officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery at a later date. Visitation time will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, at Patton Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 400 E. 14th Street, in Blue Earth, and one hour prior to the services at the church.Linda, daughter of Lowell & Lois Vosburgh, was born December 3, 1945, in Mason City, Iowa.She graduated from Blue Earth High School in June of 1965. After graduation Linda moved to California where she worked for the U.S. Department of Defense. In November 1987 she moved to Memphis, Tennessee where she worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, National Appeals Division (NAD) Southern Regional Office until she relocated to Blue Earth in November of 2001. Linda was a member of the Blue Earth Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 89 and a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 684 of Memphis, Tennessee. On April 23, 2002 she married James Haase, son of Howard and Phyllis Haase of Delavan.She is survived by her Husband: James Haase of Blue Earth, Son: Todd (& wife Jammie) Nowak of DuBois, PA., Stepson: Benjamin Haase of Blue Earth, Sister: Glenda (& husband Jerry) Arndt of Blue Earth, Mother: Lois Vosburgh of Southaven, MS, Brother: Gary (& wife Dawn) Vosburgh of Eudora, MS, Brother: Michael (& wife Terry) Vosburgh of Southaven, MS. and grandsons: Adam & Logan Nowak of DuBois, PA.She was preceded in death by her Father-Lowell and brother- Steven Vosburgh.
