Dorothy Dobson

Dorothy was born January 29, 1925, at Blue Earth, Mn. the daughter of Melvin F. and Olga (Arndt) Tonn.She was raised and educated in Faribault Co, where she worked as a sales clerk at several area businesses, including the grocery stores and bakeries. Dorothy was married to Armond R. Dobson on June 6, 1945 in Blue Earth. She was a homemaker and had worked briefly as a Walmart greeter. She was a lifetime member of St. Paul''s Lutheran Church where she was active in Martha Circle. Dorothy loved to visit with family and friends and was a seamstress, doing custom sewing on draperies, bedding and clothing for family, friends and others.Dorothy is survived by her husband, Armond Dobson of Blue Earth, son, Charles (Nita) Dobson of Fairmont, son, Danny L. (Pamela) Dobson of LuVerne, MN., four grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and 1 step-great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, son- Roger Dobson, brothers- Clarence & Walter Tonn, grandson- Eric Dobson and grandson-in-law: Earl Browers.
